My family's dinner conversations often pertained to pouring concrete and hauling dirt more than it did any sporting event, school assignment, or practice from the day. I am no stranger to a hard hat, and truthfully I would not have it any other way. I have learned the value of hard work, but I have also learned the value of quality work from watching my dad run Richard Baughn Construction. As I step out into my own venture in the construction world with Izzy B. Drilling, both hard work and quality work are something I intend to provide for all customers."
